Professionally

At work I have been a Mortgage Administrator since 2018. I have the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) Qualification and currently working towards the CeMAP Diploma Qualification.

My role includes liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and estate agents. I ensure all applications are progressing as smoothly as possible for clients and that the whole process from start to finish is as stress free as we can make it. I answer any questions that clients may have and help them understand each step of the process, as it can be overwhelming at times.

I write the suitability reports and ensure all files are compliant throughout, updating CURO as I go.

Personally

At home I am a social butterfly and love spending my weekends with my family and friends, going for long walks or for days out. I like to keep busy and spend majority of my weekends outside.

I love going to the gym in the evenings and attending weekly spinning classes – mainly to keep up my fitness levels but it’s also a lovely social interaction with other gym lovers!
